RPG - Warrior Armor Turn Around

A friend of mine gave me a challenge : Making a 2D Turn around of a new character design, grounded in an anime of my choice + based on an classic RPG Class

I decided to go with the "Warrior/tank" class and Full Metal Alchemist anime, the overall idea was to imagine an alternative version of the Alphonse armor, a version more heavier and more oriented on the defense and round shapes compare to the more sharper and pointy design of the original armor.
